JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 02-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under Section 498 A, 406 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. It is submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

This petition stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to move before Smt. Rachna Raj, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Tarari P. S. Case No. 61/2014 who will pass order in view of the direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in case of Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar Anr., reported in 2014 (3) P.L.J.R. 314 (S.C.) on the same day.
