Grounds for cancellation of the bail is that after release of the O.P.no.2, he entered inside the house of the petitioner along with the other accused persons and pressurized her to withdraw the earlier case and also took away several articles, for which he has filed Madhepura P.S.Case No.739 of 2018 dated 6.9.2018.
Heard learned APP.
Having heard both sides , though this application has been filed stating that O.P.no.2 had threatened her to withdraw

No.39287 of 2019(2) dt.04-07-2019 2/2 the case, the present case has been filed almost after nine months of filig Madhepura P.S.Case No.739 of 2018, this Court is not aware what materials were found against the O.P.no.2 as such at this stage I am not inclined to cancel the bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 16.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.54402 of 2017, however, once the charge sheet is submitted in this case findng the case filed by her true, the petitioner is at liberty to move for cancellation of the bail bond granted to the O.P.no.2 and the learned court below shall examine the same and will pass appropriate order.
With the above direction, this application is disposed of.
