JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 12-08-2015 Cr. Misc. No. 47781 of 2012 was dismissed for noncompliance of order dated 05.03.2014. It is submitted that, though, order has been complied for fresh service of notice, but due to mistake of Advocate's Clerk of learned counsel for the petitioners, the notice with both process has been filed on 27.03.2014 after lapse of few days. Cr. Misc. No. 47781 of 2012 is restored to its original file and number for the reasons mentioned above and processes filed be deemed to be validly served.

Accordingly, the restoration petition is allowed. m.p.
