28.08.2015 Supplementary-Affidavit filed today on behalf of the Petitioner be kept on record.

The Petitioner seeks transfer of Sessions Case No. 266 of 2011 arising out of Mansi P.S. Case No. 36 of 2008 from Khagaria to Begusarai since there is another case pending against him in Begusarai.

Since this can be no reason for transfer, the application stands dismissed.

The Court below is directed to expedite the proceeding and conclude the same without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party. For this reason, he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Khagaria, and the Superintendent of Police, Khagaria is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
