Instances of illegality or irregularity have been cited galore in the order of the District Teachers Employment Appellate Tribunal, contained in Annexure5. This is the order passed in Appeal No. 392 of 2013, dated 24.09.2014.

If this is the manner in which the Panchayat Teachers are going to be selected and appointed, then the tribunal has done no wrong in striking down such selection and not passing any order in favour of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2005 of 2015 dt.03-02-2015 2/2 petitioners. Any interference with the order passed by the tribunal will in effect give a seal of approval to such illegal appointment on the post of Panchayat Teachers. Writ application is dismissed with observation as above.
