After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of the Court to withdraw the writ application for moving before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 18.11.2014 passed in Appeal Case No. 21 of 2014 by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Saharsa.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents does not object.
4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off

5. If an appeal is filed before the State Appellate Authority within three weeks from today, the same shall be heard and disposed off on merits expeditiously and within the statutory period.
