Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 349 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 23.10.2019. On 10.02.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and the same has been received (kept at flag 'B'), which reveals that four witnesses have already been examined and only two formal witnesses are yet to be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36526 of 2020(3) dt.07-04-2021 2/2 examined and the case is likely to be disposed of within three months.

Considering the stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
