It appears that due to inadvertence, in the 4th paragraph of the order dated 10.03.2016, it has wrongly been typed that main accused Md. Samim has been granted regular bail but in fact co-accused Md. Samim has been granted anticipatory bail.

In the circumstance, since the accusation is not specific against this petitioner, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Bheja P.S. Case No. 25 of 2013, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani. It is expected from the learned Court below to dispose of the regular bail of the petitioner preferably

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10636 of 2016 (3) dt.18-03-2016 2/2 on the same day.

The order dated 10.03.2016 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.
