The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 326 of 2021 dated 20.03.2021 instituted for the offence under Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Many implements which could be used for manufacture of firearm weapons have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and one Janardan Sharma. Though several grounds have been urged on behalf of the petitioner that they had been staying in the house for last 6-7 years and that those implements could be used in agricultural operations also; but considering the attendant circumstances and

No.47417 of 2021(3) dt.24-05-2022 2/2 taking into account that the prayer for bail of Janardan Sharma, another associate of the petitioner, has been rejected, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present, notwithstanding his period of custody since 20.03.20221. The prayer for bail is rejected.
