The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Birupur P.S. Case No.02 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have got appointment on the post of Panchayat Teacher by producing fake certificate. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner by submitting that in view of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39210 of 2022(3) dt.28-11-2022 2/2 this Court's order passed in CWJC No.15459/14, the petitioner has not resigned from his service till date.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
