2. Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the University disclosing that Rs. 23,08,518/- has been paid to the petitioner being the full admitted retiral dues. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. However, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for

Patna High Court CWJC No.3697 of 2017 dt.09-03-2018 2/2 interest on delayed payment. Having considered the matter, the Court finds that the delay is not such which may justify award of interest.

4. As the admitted dues of the petitioner stand paid, the writ petition stands disposed off.
