Mr. Anish Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, counsel for the State and Mr. Sanjeev Nikesh, learned counsel appearing for the State Election Commission are present.

Learned counsel while admitting the fact that the name of the petitioner was not appearing in the Assembly voterlist of 2015 submits that it has been subsequently included in 2016 and in support whereof he refers to Annexure-2. He thus submits that yet the name of the petitioner has not been included in the voter-list of Gram Panchayat, Dhanaur under Katra Block in the district of Muzaffarpur.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5244 of 2016 (2) dt.01-04-2016 Mr. Sanjeev Nikesh, learned counsel appearing for the State Election Commission in reference to the application filed by the petitioner at Annexure-3 submits that it is in Form-6 which is for inclusion of name in the Assembly voter-list and there is nothing on record to show whether the petitioner has filed any application in Form 'M-' issued by the Commission for inclusion of name in the voter-list. He thus submits that now the last date is over and nothing can be done for inclusion of the name of the petitioner.

In view of the submissions taken note of no indulgence can be granted and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
