The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is one of the officers of O.C.P.L. Company and the complainant alleged that the petitioner and others collected money from others and eloped and has not paid the amount.

It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused Neeraj Kumar, Pankaj Kumar Sinha and Harbanh Singh have been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Criminal Misc. Nos. 11783 of 2013, 14242 of 2013 and 23277 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12816 of 2016 (4) dt.24-06-2016 2015 respectively. The case has been compromised. Considering the fact that the case has been compromised and similarly situated accused persons have already been granted bail, the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (T) P.S. Case No. 311 of 2012 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Amin/- U
