2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other accused persons assaulted the informant's side an also took Rs. 60-70 thousand.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. He submits that the injury found upon the victim is simple in nature. He submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner. He submits that there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioner. He further

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Fatuha P.S.
