JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 447,341,323,324,307,379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioner is of assaulting on the head of the son of the informant with Khanti. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for the bonafide land dispute the accusation has been levelled and initially the injury was found to be simple but subsequently it was opined to be grievous.

The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrender within six weeks from today

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4966 of 2015 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 76 of 2014 pending in the court of learned JM Ist Class, Araria.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
