This application has been filed for modification of order dated 06.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no.38713/2014 by which petitioner was directed to surrender before the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate (west), Muzaffarpur in connection with Trial no. 469/2012 arising out of Complaint case no. 1288/2004 within two weeks from that date.

It is submitted that due to some unavoidable reasons, petitioner could not surrender within the period as fixed by this court and accordingly, it is prayed that period for surrender be extended for further period of two weeks and it is also prayed that petitioner may be directed to surrender before the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate (east), Muzaffarpur in place of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate (west), Muzaffarpur.

Accordingly, prayers are allowed and it is ordered that if the
