Informant Sanjay Roy was given knife blow by the petitioner Naresh Roy at the "Panjra".

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the injury is simple. No repetition of knife blow has been given as such, no offence under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code is made out.

Learned Addl. P.P. opposed the prayer.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner No.1 Naresh Roy is hereby rejected.

No.12379 of 2016 (2) dt.31-03-2016 2/2 With regard to petitioner No.2 Renu Devi, she is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 575 of 2015 in event of her arrest or surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt/production of the order in terms of condition so enumerated under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
