It has been stated in paragraph 11 of the application that petitioners have been allowed police bail. In such view of the matter, this application is not maintainable in view of the judgment in the case of Mahendra Prasad Gupta v. State of Bihar, reported in 2004(3) PLJR 491 and Bishundeo Sahu v. State of Bihar, reported in 2011(1) PLJR 731.
