JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 03-02-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bahera P.S. Case No. 332 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the occurrence has taken place on 25.07.2014, whereas, the case has been lodged on 2.08.2014. The victim and the petitioner had love affairs. She has filed affidavit that she has married the petitioner. It appears from the statement made by the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C. that she was kidnapped by the petitioner. He has raped her several times while she was in his custody. She appears to

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in my opinion, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail. His prayer is rejected.
