====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 13-09-2019 Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioners.
The petitioners filed this petition for modification of the order dated 17.08.2016 passed in CWJC No. 17389 of 2012.
From perusal of the order dated 17.08.2016 passed in CWJC No. 17389 of 2012, it is evident that petitioner of the writ petition was directed to file a comprehensive representation
Patna High Court MJC No.1043 of 2018(3) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 before the respondent No.4 or before any other competent authority and the competent authority was directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner of the writ petition with a reasoned order.
In this view of the fact, I do not find any reason to modify the order dated 17.08.2016 passed in CWJC No. 17389 of 2012. Accordingly, this MJC petition is dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U
