JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 11-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Rohtas P.S. Case No. 54 of 2021 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 387, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegations regarding transportation to the company with regard to truck entering into the company for increasing the transporting freight due to increasing of fuel price and the allegation is of superficial in nature, I am inclined to allow the petitioners on bail, in the event of arrest they shall be released on anticipatory bail,
