Although the petitioner seeks inclusion of her name in the voter-list of Singari Pipariya Gram Panchayat in Bagaha-1 in the district of West Champaran but considering the admission of the petitioner made in paragraphs 11 and 12 of the writ petition wherein it is admitted that the name of the petitioner does not figure in the Assembly election voter list, in view of the stipulation provided under section 126 of the Bihar Panchayat Raj Act, 2006 no indulgence can be granted to the grievance raised in this writ petition.
