In view of limited prayer made at the time of hearing of this writ application, the same is being disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to approach the appellate authority under Rule 15 of

Patna High Court CWJC No.1638 of 2017 dt.27-02-2017 2/2 the Bihar State School Teacher and Employees Grievance Redressal Rules, 2015 as it is contended that the appellate authority's order as contained in Annexure 2 is not being complied. It appears that under Rule 15 of the aforesaid Rule the authority has power to punish the persons and officials for non-compliance of its order in various manners.

If such application is filed by the petitioners, let the authority concerned proceed in accordance with law expeditiously. However, if nothing is done within a reasonable time then the petitioners have liberty to approach this Court once again.
