2. This application has been filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 105 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 417, 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 472, 473, 474, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is in judicial custody since 25.03.2023.

3. As per prosecution, the petitioner and other criminals were caught by the police who disclosed before the police that they used to download the sale deed of other states. Thereafter, from the sale deed they obtain the fingerprints and Aadhar Number and by making duplicate fingerprint using rubber seal used to withdraw the money from the accounts of the person whose fingerprint were downloaded. 4. The petitioner is a member of gang who are involved in large scale cheating. Materials have been collected during investigation which supports the prosecution case.

5. In the aforesaid circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. This application is dismissed with a direction to the trial court to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest.
