JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 379, 427, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the petitioners were demanding extortion of Rs. 50,000/- from the informant to cultivating the land. It is further alleged that the petitioners robbed the paddy crops of Rs. 25,000/-.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are agnates of the informant and accusation has been levelled against them due to land dispute. Statement has been made in paragraph-3 of the petition that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

No.12781 of 2016 (2) dt.28-03-2016 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Alamnagar (Ratwara) P.S. Case No. 175 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No. 926 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
