JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 21-12-2022 Learned counsel for the State informs that in this case, the FIR has already been lodged and the case is still under investigation. As regards one another case being Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 29 of 2016, it is stated that after investigation and supervision, the allegation against the petitioner was found to be true.
In the opinion of this Court, so far as the present writ application is concerned, it has become infructuous. The Investigating Officer is directed to complete the investigation
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1788 of 2018(3) dt.21-12-2022 2/2 and submit a police report in the present case as well within a reasonable period. The Superintendent of Police, Sitamarhi (respondent no. 6) is directed to ensure that the investigation in this case be completed at the earliest.
