The petitioner, who is in custody since 04.03.2020, seeks bail in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 603 of 2019, dated 09.09.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 379 and 356 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has not been named in the First Information Report and his implication in the present case is only on the basis of confession of an arrested accused person. It has further been submitted that the petitioner has not been put on Test

Considering the facts afore-stated especially the period of custody of the petitioner and the nature of accusation against him, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (West)-cum-Sub-Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Saraiya P.S.
