2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that despite the pendency of Title Suit No. 40 of 2021 in respect of Mahanthship of the Math, the respondents are interfering with the office of the petitioner.

3. The petitioner, if so advised, may file an application for temporary injunction under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 before the Civil Court where the Title Suit is pending.

4. If the petitioner files an application within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be decided by the trial court as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of twelve weeks from filing of the application, without being prejudiced by this order.

5. With the aforesaid observation(s), this writ petition stands disposed of.
