This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 102 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 21(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

About 760 bottles of cough syrup have been recovered from the house of the petitioner and the petitioner has been named in the self-inculpatory statement of co-accused. In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
