JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-12-2020 Heard Mr. Nakul Kumar Jamuar, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Naokothi P.S. Case No. 14 of 2020, dated 01.02.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Several persons have been named in the F.I.R. as having caused the death of one person while a dispute had emerged with respect to immersion of the statue of the Goddess. Though the petitioner is named in the F.I.R., but nothing specific has been attributed against him. In fact,

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in similar circumstances, two of the accused persons of this case have been granted bail.

The petitioner is said to be in custody since 29.02.2020.

Regard being had to the facts afore-stated, the petitioner above-named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Naokothi P.S. Case No. 14 of 2020.
