The petitioners being parents, daughter and brother of the husband of the informant are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, 498A, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Basic accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of dowry demand and causing burn injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in fact the informant received accidental burn injury while cooking food but maliciously the entire in-laws family including the petitioner has been implicated. The accusation is omnibus

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14943 of 2016 (2) dt.05-04-2016 2/2 and general.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No.148/2015, pending before the learned ACJM, East Champaran, Motihari.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
