ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
It appears that though there was a direction to consider the case of the petitioner, yet the petitioner did not file his on-line application within the time frame as was indicated in the Notice dated 17.01.2016 (Annexure-8).
On the contrary, after the lapse of said time frame, the petitioner filed this application which has not been accepted. There is nothing on record that the petitioner had filed the on-line
Patna High Court MJC No.1024 of 2016 (5) dt.20-11-2017 2/2 application and, therefore, the petitioner's case could not be considered against the left over vacancies.
In view of the own lapse of the petitioner, no case under the Contempt of Court's Act is made out. The contempt application thus, stands dismissed. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U
