The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 112 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named the petitioner and alleged that the petitioner kidnapped his minor daughter while she had gone to school.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim returned and made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and denied to have been kidnapped. She further stated that she had gone to Mumbai and nobody had kidnapped her. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the victim herself denied the factum of her kidnapping, the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5051 of 2015 (2) dt.05-02-2015 in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S.
