JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 354B, 379, 385, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner along with 3-4 unknown persons entered into the house of the informant, outraged her modesty and took `20,000/-.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the petty dispute, the accusation has been levelled, though, subsequently, the petitioner's side also lodged a case. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4771 of 2015 (2) dt.05-02-2015 2/2 regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S. Case No. 166 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Bhagalpur. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
