JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-03-2016 This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. to quash the order dated 28.02.2013 passed in Cr. Revision No. 163 of 1993, whereunder, the Court of Adhoc Addl. Sessions Judge-IV, Rohtas at Sasaram dismissed the revision application of the petitioner preferred against the order dated 11.05.1993 passed in Case No. 662M of 1990 in proceeding under Section 145 of Cr.P.C. declaring the possession of the members of the first party/Respondent no. 2 to 3 over the land in dispute till such eviction.

On perusal of the both orders, I do not find any
