The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No.176 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 30(a) and 34 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

In view of the fact that the petitioner's son was caught on the motorcycle with liquor, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge II
