2. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and apprehending his arrest in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 507 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 109(1), 75, 76, 303(2), 351(3), 352, 3(5) BNS.
3. As per FIR, petitioner alongwith named co-accused person assaulted informant by using knife as he objected the eve teasing of his sister aged about 13 years.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that upon perusal of FIR, it appears that specific allegation as to inflict knife injury appears available against co-accused Roky Yadav and Rahul Yadav and as this petitioner is father of one of the co-accused, he was implicated
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35371 of 2025(4) dt.21-01-2026 2/2 with present case only with imaginary allegation that the petitioner taken out Rs. 20,000/- from the pocket of injured/ informant during the occurrence. While concluding argument, it is submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
5. Learned APP opposed the prayer of bail.
6. In view of aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of fact as to inflict knife injury is specifically available against other named co-accused where implication of this petitioner prima-facie appears being father of one of the coaccused with allegation of theft, accordingly petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM 1st Nalanda/ concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 507 of 2024 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of BNSS.
