Petitioner is in custody in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 83 of 2018 and Pocso Case No. 41 of 2018 for the offence under sections 312, 313 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in abortion of foetus.

Learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to Annexure-2 submits that victim has voluntarily gone to hospital for abortion.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35473 of 2019(2) dt.30-05-2019 2/2 grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1, Supaul, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 83 of 2018 and Pocso Case No. 41 of 2018.
