The present writ petition has been filed seeking appropriate direction to the respondent authorities not to seize Heavy Passengers Buses of the members of the petitioner's Association, operating in the State of Bihar under the Inter State Stage Carriage permit duly granted and issued by the State

Transport Authority, Jharkhand at Ranchi, without prior notice for requisition, as envisaged in Section 160 of the Representation of Peoples Act, 1951.

This writ petition has been filed in context of the Bihar Assembly Election, 2020, which is already over, hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach this Court again by filing a fresh writ petition in case of any fresh cause of action.
