14-07-2016 The sole petitioner, invoking inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has prayed for quashing of an order dated 25-02-2013 passed by learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia in Bihpur P.S. Case No. 373 of 2009, G.R. Case No. 1415 of 2009. By the said order, the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, after the case was remitted from the Sessions Court for making necessary correction, has corrected the order of cognizance and again committed the case for Sessions Trial.

Earlier, in this case, case diary was called for. After going through the case diary, Sri Chaubey Jawahar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submits that there is material to proceed with the case.

In view of facts and circumstances, I do not find any

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23212 of 2013 (3) dt.14-07-2016 2/2 ground for interference with the impugned order. The petition stands dismissed.
