2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 66 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. One country made pistol has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 03.04.2023.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the nature of case and period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing six month in custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 66 of 2023.
