The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent- Bihar School Examination Board to issue mark-sheet and certificate of Intermediate Arts Examination bearing Roll Code- 1202, Roll No. 30069 with correct Registration Number 1202-06-09 in place of 1202-06-05. The certificate and the mark-sheet of the Intermediate Examination, 2012 have been brought on record in which the petitioner's Enlistment No. is mentioned as 1202-0605. It is the case of the petitioner that Enlistment No. ought to have been 1202-06-089 in place of what has been mentioned in the certificate and the mark-sheet. What is apparent from Annexure-3, which the petitioner's Admit Card that there also Enlistment No. is mentioned as 12002-06-05. There is no

However, in the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of the writ application with a direction to the Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board to examine the case of the petitioner and if it is found that his Enlistment No. was wrongly mentioned in the Admit Card, mark-sheet and certificate issued by the Bihar School Examination Board in respect of the Intermediate Examination, to take necessary steps to correct the same be taken within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
