Petitioner is accused in connection with Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No. 684 of 2018 registered under Sections 364, 302 and 120(B), 34 of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. In the present case, the first information report was lodged after two days of the alleged occurrence. Further submission is that on perusal of paragraph-6 of the case diary, it appears that there is allegation against unknown criminals. Nothing has been alleged against this petitioner.
