The petitioner prays for following reliefs through the present writ petition:

(i) for issuance of appropriate writ directing and commanding the respondents to quash the order dated 16.04.2019 passed by respondent no. 4 the Executive Officer, Hajipur Nagar Parisad;

(ii) for issuance of appropriate writ directing and commanding the respondents to construct P.C.C. road and drainage from Nagar Parisad road to house of Petitioner as per

Patna High Court CWJC No.12008 of 2019(4) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 invited tender no. 5 (6) of Nagar Parisad, Hajipur in ward no. 1. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if he appears before the respondent no. 4, the Executive Officer, Hajipur Nagar Parishad with his grievance so that a just and proper decision is made and his grievance may be meted out.

In view of the said submission put forward by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of with the observation that if the petitioner represent with all the supporting documents before the Executive Officer, Hajipur Nagar Parishad within four weeks from today he shall take up the matter and decide the same within the next three months after putting all the concerned parties on notice.
