Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case under Sections 406, 420 of the Penal Code on the allegation that they cheated Durgesh Kumar Singh, nephew of the informant of Rs. 3,00,000/- (three lacs) stating that he will get him employed through his relative, who is Major in Army Cantonment, Bagdogra. If Durgesh Kumar Singh, nephew of the informant, has chosen to pay the petitioners, he has to blame himself for being cheated.
Let the petitioners, named above, surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31427 of 2014 (3) dt.20-03-2015 2/2 the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below and thereafter be admitted to the privilege of bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5000/- (five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Chothum P.S.
