The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 62 of 2012 registered under Sections341, 323, 379, 504, 494, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Taking into consideration that the petitioner is mother of second wife of the husband of the informant, let the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 62 of 2012 to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
