The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Prohibition of Dowry Act.
It is a case of cruelty and torture upon the informant by the accused persons.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47706 of 2021(2) dt.24-03-2022 2/2 further submits that the petitioners are in-laws of the informant. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-13, Chapra in connection with Manjhi P.S.
