2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 517C/2022 for the offence punishable under sections 420/34 of the I.P.C. lodged on 29.03.2022 by the complainant, Asadullah.
3. As per the prosecution story, the complainant alleged that upon information by the brother-in-law about sell of land for a consideration amount of Rs. 36,00,000/- altogether Rs. 32,00,000/- were paid by the complainant but later the accused persons tried to evade transfer of the land. This followed legal notice whereafter came to know that the accused persons including this petitioner is in the habit of cheating

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the complainant and the other accuseds visited his place, the deal was not done in his presence. Further, his role is based on co-operating the other accused persons. The last submission is that other co-accuseds have been granted bail.
5. Learned APP points out that the case was found to be true. The matter is of the year 2022, both the accused persons were arrested and sent to judicial custody and this petitioner has evaded arrest for last two years.
6. Taking into account the aforesaid submissions put forward by the parties and the allegation that has come against the petitioner, this Court would advice the petitioner to seek bail after surrendering within four weeks.
