ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-07-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction in appeal dated 20.01.2005 passed by the Additional District & Sessions Judge, Madhepura in Criminal Appeal No. 27 of 2002/28 of 2002, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 11.10.2002 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhepura in G.R. No. 35 of 2002 (Tr. No. 1063 of 2002), by which he has convicted the Petitioner under Section 392 IPC and sentenced him to undergo R.I. for three years. Having gone through the judgment of conviction, I do not find any reason for interference in the same.
However, considering the period of custody and the date of occurrence, the sentence is reduced to the

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the application stands dismissed.
