As per the second supplementary show cause filed by the State, it appears that now the orders of this Court have been complied with to the extent permissible.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that though it is admitted by them in their show cause that due to clerical mistake, the petitioner's service could not be regularized earlier yet they have only given him regularization

Patna High Court MJC No.1260 of 2015 (8) dt.23-02-2018 with effect from the date of superannuation which is against the rules.

Be that as it may and without going into the merits of the case, the contempt application stands disposed of with a liberty to take appropriate recourse as may be tenable under law. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U
